How the listings are made
Every fact on Tagheh comes from a public page, and every listing shows that page and the date we checked it.
Where the facts come from
We look for fabric sellers on their own websites, their online shop pages (such as Basalam), map listings (such as Balad) and articles that list shops. We only write down what that page shows: the name, the city and address, the fabrics they name, whether they sell wholesale or by the metre.
Phone numbers and email addresses are used only when the seller printed them on their own website. When a fact is not on the source, the listing says "not published". We never fill a gap with a guess.
What we never add
Colours in stock, stock levels and prices change every week and are almost never public. They stay empty until the seller claims the listing. That is also why the colour you pick goes into your price request: the seller tells you if they have it.
How often we check
We open the source of every listing again every 90 days. If the page is gone or the facts changed, we fix the listing or take it off.
If it is your shop
Open your listing and use the form at the bottom. You can:
- Claim it: send a link that shows the shop is yours, and an email for price requests. We check it, then switch requests on.
- Send a correction: a new address, the fabrics you sell, the colours you have in stock. We check it and update the listing.
- Remove it: no reason needed. We check with the shop first, using the phone or email on the listing, so nobody can remove someone else's shop.

Price requests
Tagheh does not sell fabric and takes no cut. A price request is one email to each seller you picked, sent to the address that seller published. It holds your request and how to reach you; from then on you and the seller deal directly.
Every email has a link to fix the listing and a link to stop the emails. To protect sellers from spam, each visitor can send only a few requests a day, and the same question never reaches the same seller twice in a day.
